Foreign nationals that are deemed fit for staying by a court decision

General Information: Foreign nationals that have been given a residence permit in advance and that are mandatory to stay in Turkey based on a court decision ruled by the courts in Republic of Turkey may be given a 'Short Term Residence Permit' up to one year. For instance, a foreign national that is married to a Turkish citizen and is residing in Turkey may be given a residence permit to ensure he or she is not in a tight position during a divorce case.
